Shipping Area

ROBERT ALANQQ currently ships orders within Canada only.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping within Canada is free. No minimum order value is required.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Processing and Delivery Time

Processing time: 1-3 business days.

Transit time: 5-12 business days after shipment.

Total estimated delivery time: 6-15 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, remote destination limits, holidays, or incorrect delivery information.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Customers can also contact us at service@robertalanqq.com with their order number.
