This Return and Refund Policy applies to orders placed through robertalanqq.com.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition. Items showing wear, washing, odor, damage caused after delivery, or missing tags may be refused.

Non-returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, intimate items, personalized items, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at service@robertalanqq.com before sending any item back. Include your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos.

Return method: by mail. Do not send items back before your return request has been approved.

Return Shipping Cost

For standard preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, ROBERT ALANQQ will handle or reimburse the approved return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.

Refund Method and Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. After we receive and inspect the approved return, refunds are normally processed within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item and place a new order for the preferred item or size.
